New Timing System from Track n Trail

Track n Trail are introducing a new state of the arc timing system which will revolutionise Hare & Hounds & Enduro timing, with its high speed passive transponder system from Dag.

We believe the Dag system has raised the bench mark for all timing systems, with this unique package. There is no need to stop in a timing lane, the Dag can pick up at 60mph using the over head aerial pick up.

Results will be available after the last man crosses the line and lap times will be available on the web site. There will also be a course cutting alert built into the software.

We will be working with a computer programmer for the next year to perfect the software. As we develop the software we will be working towards a live results display for early 2008, so you can see your place & position as the race unfolds. It will also update championship standings and improve lots of the behind the scenes jobs like signing on, race entries etc.

When you purchase your own Dag it will have the same Id number as your member ship/riders number. We will use two transponders per rider, the second is there just for back up if the first fails. You fix the ultra light weight Dags to the outside your body armour or race shirt with safety pins (supplied). Riders who haven’t purchased transponders will be able to borrow them with a £ 10 deposit at each race.

We have been waiting for the new technologies to filter into the sports timing arena and now they have we are more than ready to bring it on board and take the Track n Trail race service to the next level.
